Q: Why is my unit turning off after a few hours even though I have disabled it from going to sleep?

A: This is most likely because the unit is going into hibernation mode instead of going to sleep. Please follow these steps to turn of hibernation:

1. Right Click or hold battery Icon in bottom right corner
2. Click Power Options
3. Click Change Plan Settings
4. Click Change Advanced Power Settings
5. Click the + next to sleep
6. Click the + next to Hibernate after
7. For on battery and plugged in change value to 0
8. Click Ok

This will make it so the unit will not go into hibernate on battery power only or if its plugged in. If you want it to go into hibernate if left alone for a long time while on battery only then put the value of minutes you want in that field before hitting ok.
