Q: After imaging the image downloaded from the driver page I now get a password when the unit boots. How do I remove this?

A: When you image from Android 9 to 10 or from 10 to 9 you have to do a factory reset after imaging so you do not get this password issue.
Please follow these steps:

  1. While unit is powered off hold Volume down button and power button
  2. Once Power LED Light comes on let go of the power button while continuing to hold the Volume Down button
  3. It will get to the Factory Settings Screen. Press Vol+ button until you get to Factory Reset
  4. Press the power button to select it
  5. Press the power button again to confirm you're okay with wiping all data
  6. Once complete it brings you back to Factory Settings screen, press the power button on Reset to reset the unit

The Android OS should now load properly without the password prompt.
