Q: My ZX70 will only charge to 80% instead of 100%, what could be the issue?

A: Please follow these steps:

1. Go to our driver page https://support.getac.com/Portal/Page/763
2. Type ZX70 and click submit
3. Click ZX70
4. Download the latest MicroP for your version of Android 6.0 or 7.1
5. Unzip and put it on a MicroSD card or USB Stick
6. Click Setting
7. Getac Settings
8. Firmware
9. BIOS/MCU(uP) firmware live upgrade
10. Click Second for MCU
11. Navigate to your MCU file
12. Click Start Upgrade
13. Check Charging to see if it now goes to 100%
14. If not please send in for RMA
