Q: How do I do an upgrade on my unit?
A: Please follow the following steps:
- Login to your service portal account at https://service.getac.us
- If you do not have an account click Sign in at the top right and click that you need to create an account
- Click "Your Account" at the top right
- Click Product Registration (if you have already registered your product you can skip to step 5)
- Put in your SN you need to upgrade or download spreadsheet and fill out then upload to bulk register
- Click Upgrade at the top
- Put in your serial number
- Pick upgrade options that are needed (if you have questions please call our helpdesk if you are unsure of which to choose for what you need 866.394.3822)
- Click Next on the right
- Fill out detailed notes on what is needed and User ID / password if you're allowed to provide it
- Fill Out address
- Choose Shipping Option
- Check box and click Checkout with PayPal to pay
- Here it will allow you to pay via credit card without a paypal account, they are just the merchant servicer
- Once you finish paying you'll be given a label based on your shipping choice or wait for a box to be delivered.
If you absolutely can ONLY pay via PO please contact our help desk to apply for credit to see if you can be approved and your account updated to PO option.
