Q: My unit powers on but the LCD does not display, how do I correct this?

 

A: Please follow the below steps to perform an RTC Reset:

Laptop platform:

1. Power off the unit, plug in AC adapter or battery
2. Keep pressing the “F3+F4+Power button” 3Sec
3. Then release
4. The battery indicator will flash three times
5. Press the power button to see if it displays properly

Tablet platform

1. Power off the unit, plug in AC adapter or battery
2. Keep pressing the “volume up + volume down + Power button” 3Sec
3. Then release
4. The battery indicator will flash three times
5. Press the power button to see if it displays properly

If it still does not display after that then please send in for RMA.
