Q: How do I recovery the factory image?

 

A: If you still have our OEM Image on the unit and want to go back to factory settings, Follow these steps:

1. Turn on unit by pressing the power button
2. Press F2 on keyboard to get into BIOS
3. Click Advanced on the left
4. Click Recovery Partition
5. WinPE will Load - Click Recover once it loads
6. Unit will start to re-image itself
7. Will Say successful and shutdown
8. Turn Unit on and go through out of box experience
