Q: How do I confirm if both batteries are charging?

A: Please follow these steps:

1. Open G-Manger
2. Click on Info
3. Click on Battery
4. Look at Charging Current
5. If the number is positive then it is charging
6. You can scroll down to see battery 2 as well
7. If your charge current is 0 then that battery is not charging

If your battery has capacity available but has a charge current of 0 while on the charger
it means the battery is bad and needs to be replaced.
