Q: How do I check my RMA status?

A: Please follow these steps to check your RMA status:

1. Login to your https://service.getac.us account
2. Click Your Account in the upper right
3. You can see the status of all of your RMAs
4. You can use the filtering section to put in a serial or other data to narrow down your search
5. This section will also provide the outbound tracking once it is ready to ship
