Q: How do I apply a Getac Image to our MX50?

A: Please follow the below steps to apply a Getac Image to your MX50:

1. Go to our Getac Driver Page
2. Put in your serial number and press Submit
3. Download the Image you need
4. Unzip Downloaded Image
5. Format a Micro SD Card or USB Stick to Fat32
6. Copy all files unzipped to the SD Card/USB Stick
7. Plug in a micro USB to USB converter into the MX50 micro USB Port
8. Put SD Card into unit or plug in a USB hub then insert your USB Stick
9. Plug USB Keyboard into the USB Converter or USB hub
10. Make sure AC Adapter is plugged in
11. Turn on unit from a powered off state
12. Press Esc on keyboard multiple times until you get to the Insyde Options Screen
13. Arrow down to Boot From File and press enter
14. Arrow down to your SD Card/USB Stick and press enter
15. Arrow down to installer.efi and press enter
16. Unit will start to image the unit and power down after completed
17. Once complete turn the unit on and go through initial setup
