Q: I am connected on our 4G, I am getting an IP address but it will not give us internet access. When we diagnose it gives the error "The mobile broadband device is locked with SIM PIN2. Contact your mobile operator for assistance with unlocking the device." How do we correct this?

A: Please add the following reg entry to correct this issue (Network Admin Only):

Add IgnoreNonRoutableEthernet (Dword) on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Wcmsvc using regedit, and set it to 1. Then do a reset to apply the reg entry. This should allow the 4G card to now get internet access properly.
