Q: When your Getac Laptop has no power or no display, please try to doa RTC Reset before you send it to Getac for repair.

A: Please follow the below steps:

1. Power off the unit, plug in AC adapter or battery.
2. Hold F3+F4+Power button for 4 seconds
3. Release the buttons and the battery indicator will flash three times
4. Turn unit on and see if the LCD works normally
