Q: When your Getac tablet has no power or no display, please try to do a RTC Reset before you send it to Getac for repair.

A: Please hold Volume up, Volume down then hold the power button for 3 seconds. The battery light should blink 3 times. This means that the RTC has been reset. Now try to turn your unit on. If it still does not display please send it in for repair.
