Q: WWAN has no internet after upgrading to Win10 RS3. Cellular successfully connected, but no internet.

The problem comes from EEM mode of HID-RFID device. A Virtual Ethernet causes the TCP/IP path of the 4G network to be routed to this Virtual Ethernet, resulting in the inability to access the Internet. HID EEM mode is a design that allows user to configure HID settings. Turning it off does not affect the RFID Read function. The short-term workaround is to turn off the EEM mode.
