Q: How do I change our magstrip reader mode? (HID or Keyboard)

A: Please follow these steps to change modes (current mode in example is HID):

• Select the Load File button



 
•  

• Choose Change To Keyboard and click Open



 
•  

• Click Download and wait for it to complete
• It is now in keyboard mode
