Q: How do I turn the sensitivity down on my touchpad?

A: Please follow these steps:

• Click Device Settings if not on that tab
• Click Settings

• Click the + next to Pointing
• Click the + next to Sensitivity
• Click Palm Check
• Move the bar to the far right as below

• Click Touch Sensitivity
• Move the bar to the far right as below

• Click OK

This will help your touchpad be less sensitive
