Q: My mouse cursor keeps jumping all over the screen randomly, how do we correct this?

A: Please make sure the GPS hotfix is applied to your unit, especially if it is a custom image

1. Go to https://support.getac.com/Portal/Page/763
2. Put in your serial number or model and hit submit
3. Find the GPS Hotfix to download
4. Unzip and run the reg file
5. Reset your unit and the mouse should stop jumping all over
