Q: When we open the G-Camera the default resolution is 1600x1200. How do we make it so that when the user opens it for the first time that it is already at the max resolution of 3264x2448 after we’ve imaged the unit?

A: Please follow these steps:

1. Open G-Camera
2. Change the settings to what you’d like them to be set to
3. Close G-Camera
4. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Getac\G-Camera\Config
5. Copy the Config.ini onto a USB Stick or a network folder
6. During your imaging process or after the initial out of box experience after G-Camera is installed put this Config.ini into the same folder as stated above
   1. Before G-Camera is open that folder is empty. Putting the file in make it so the application will use the settings on the first time opening.
