Q: I have an active Sprint SIM but it is not working on 4G with my Getac Unit. What can be causing this?

A: Please make sure the firmware for the 4G card is set to Sprint. Also call sprint and make sure that the IMEI of the 4G card is assigned to the CCID of the SIM, they have to be married together with Sprint to fully work properly.
