Q: How do I change the LTE 4G Carrier Firmware?

A: Follow the below steps:

1)     Six dots on the right side to see all apps

2)     Click Getac Settings App

3)     Under LTE Heading click LTE Module Firmware

4)     Choose the bubble for your carrier

a.     Unit will reboot to flash the firmware of the 4G module

5)     Insert SIM of your carrier

a.     It will recognize that the SIM was inserted and reset again

Now your SIM should be ready as long as it is activated with a data plan on your account
