Q: I sent my unit in for repair for the fingerprint. It was sent in with an AuthenTec Fingerprint Reader. When it was returned it now has an EgisTec Reader and does not work properly with our Authentication Server. What can we do to solve this?

A: The AuthenTec Fingerprint Readers are no longer manufactured anymore and only EgisTec are available. Please download the following WBF Driver to help work better with your Authentication Servers.
