VRX20 EC Update
- Download the 3 files from this location
- Navigate to Setup > Unit Update > Assets. Click the Page Icon to create the new Auto Update Asset.
- Upload the following files:
- Unit Update File is: AUECBiosUpdate.dll
- Resource File is Getac_EC.zip
- Navigate to Setup > Unit Update > Packages. Click the Page Icon to create the new Update Package.
- Client Type = InCar
- Asset = AUECBiosUpdate.dll – v. 2.6.0.0
- Description should be VRX20 EC 1.11
- TargetModel = VRX20
- TargetECVersion = 1.11
- Optional File = VRX20_EC_R111.exe
- Note the GUID that is created.
- Navigate to the Units page.
- Select any and all VRX20 that need the EC updated to 1.11.
- Select the Cog Wheel icon and choose “Assign Update Package”.
- For Package, select the corresponding package that matches the GUID from earlier, and it should have v. (2.6.0.0) and AUECBiosUpdate.dll
- For Priority, select “High”
- Execute in Mins. = 0
- Leave comments blank.
The selected units will update when the system is not recording. A prompt will be displayed on screen to begin immediately, or it will proceed automatically within 30seconds of the prompt if no action is taken.
