However, since Getac Enterprise is highly configurable, the ability to complete tasks described in this article may be different for each User, depending on policy. Please contact an administrator with all access questions and concerns.
Overview
This feature allows for assigning Users to the selected Unit. Depending on the Unit type, the following rules apply:
- For BWC systems, only ONE User can be assigned at a time.
- For MVS, Edge, Interview Room, and MasterDock systems, one or more Users, Groups, and/or Roles can be assigned.
To assign, perform the following steps:
- Search for the desired Unit(s) from the Main Units Page.
- Check the box to the left of the desired Unit(s).
- Click on the Gear icon, then Assignments.
