Overview
When creating large groups of Users in Getac Enterprise, it is best to use this feature to make it faster and easier.
To import Users, follow these steps:
- Click on the link below to download the User Import Template.
- Enter the following data into the table:
- LoginID* - Username.
- OfficerID - Unique identifier such as a badge number or employee ID; Not required.
- First Name*

*Note:
- Required fields.
- Group and Role MUST match how they are spelled in Getac Enterprise. Check in Getac Enterprise to ensure that the correct spelling is used, or else the import will fail.
- If no group is found, an option to add to the default Group will appear.
- Save the file.
- In Getac Enterprise, navigate to the Main Users Page. See the image below for an example:
- Click on the Import icon, then browse for the file in file explorer. Once open, select the corresponding field from the dropdown, e.g. LoginID should be mapped to LoginID.
- Click on Import Users to finish.
