However, since Getac Enterprise is highly configurable, the ability to complete tasks described in this article may be different for each User, depending on policy. Please contact an administrator with all access questions and concerns.
Overview
Perform the following steps to reset a User's password:
- Search for the desired User.
- Check the box to the left of the Username.
- Click on the gear icon, then change password.
- Type a new password.
- Type the password again to confirm.
- If desired, check the box to require the User to change the password upon next login.
- Click on Update.
