Overview
The Export Metadata option allows users to export data points related to the recorded Asset.
This includes the following data points:
- Evidence ID - Filename of the Asset, e.g. Unit1_Front_1_03282022151517
- Categories - see Categorizing Assets for an explanation.
- Recording Start & Stop
- Date/Time - Timestamp for the recording.
- File Size
- Assignment - User assigned to the Asset.
- Type - Asset type, e.g. Video, Audio, etc.
- Checksum
- Station ID - Name of Station that the Asset belongs to.
- Unit ID - Name of Unit that captured the Asset.
- Bookmarks
- Annotations - Text of any added Annotations. See View Tab for more information.
- GPS data
Users have the option to save the exported Metadata in one of three formats:
